8. Right of Return

In principle, the customer has no right of return. Items ordered incorrectly can only be returned to prairie wind after consultation and with the consent of  prairie wind  ! The delivered goods must be returned within 10 days of receipt undamaged, functional, complete and in perfect original packaging with the completed return form.

The following will not be taken back and reimbursed:
• Returns without prior consultation with prairie wind
• Used, defective and damaged items
• Items that were manufactured on behalf of the customer or were specially ordered for this customer
• Data carriers and software with the original packaging open
• Incomplete items (missing components and packaging, etc.)
A credit will be given for returns made in accordance with these terms. The credit can be reduced by prairie wind depending on the effort and actual costs incurred. Any processing costs incurred can be charged or deducted from the credit note. The customer bears the postage costs for shipment and return in any case. In the case of returns that do not comply with these conditions, all costs incurred, including the processing fee, will be charged to the customer.

9. Warranty for Defects and Liability

The guarantee period for all products offered is 12 months from the date of purchase, unless a different guarantee period is expressly stated. Products will be replaced or repaired free of charge provided the customer reports the defect in writing within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. The guarantee expires if changes or repairs are made to the goods without the written consent of prairie wind. As far as the legal regulations allow, liability for damages is excluded. In particular, prairie wind is not liable for damage that can be traced back to improper use or natural wear and tear or for damage that has not occurred to the delivery item itself (consequential damage).
